Overview

I designed and developed this informational eLearning course for my client, Riding in the Zone LLC to help motorcycle riders learn about and prepare for their upcoming non-sportbike motorcycle training class.

I got the idea for this eLearning project last year while participating in a motorcycle track day. During that training, I thought about how helpful it would have been for me and others to learn about how the track day was structured, how to prepare myself and my motorcycle for the event, and the track day rules before the event to minimize cognitive load on the day of the training.

While I was learning how to use Articulate Rise, I created a prototype tailored to sportbike track days. I sent the sportbike track day prototype to the owner of Riding in the Zone LLC, a company who teaches non-sportbike track days, and he comissioned me to create courses trailored to these events.

Final Product

After several rounds of reviews and iterations, I proceeded to finish developing the full eLearning course in Articulate Rise 360. The course is hosted on the client's website and the link was sent to all new non-sportbike track day riders prior to the spring and summer 2022 non-sportbike day events.
